Crieff Golf Club is rated as one of Scotland’s top inland courses. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, at the heart of golfing Perthshire, it provides a feeling of escape as well as spectacular views. Built on gently sloping parkland, once the grounds of Ferntower House, the courses provide a fair, but challenging experience for all levels of golfer. Excellent playing conditions and friendly reception to visitors led to the club being voted as one of the top UK golf courses by readers of Golf World magazine.
The Ferntower Course is not only for the big boys, many golf society and social players enjoy the open nature of the course and the merciful rough. Corporate packages are tailored to the number of rounds favoured in a season and are very flexible.
Visitors and society groups are always welcome and leave glowing reports of their visits to Crieff. New members are equally welcome with packages catering for individuals of all ages, families and players new to golf.

Providing a safe golfing experience remains our top priority.
Given the intense focus on steps being taken to halt the spread of the virus, we would like to reassure our customers that Crieff Golf Club has implemented stringent health and safety policies, with strict practices and procedures in place designed to protect our members and staff at all times.
To help tackle the spread of the virus, we have put in place additional measures across our facility including:
- Advanced daily cleaning for all contact points
- Frequent and proper hand washing for all staff and members
- Educating our staff on the necessary steps for prevention both for themselves and for members
To ensure the safety and well-being of yourselves and others, we ask that anyone showing the symptoms of coronavirus follows official advice and stays at home for 7 days. For more details please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/.
By taking these actions we are confident that all efforts have been made to present as safe an environment as possible for everyone. We will continue to work with local health authorities and will further enhance our operating procedures as required.
In line with the latest Government and Health Authority guidance, we continue to operate as usual and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.
However, in these difficult times it is very important to highlight the health benefits of golf as a sport that allows players to exercise outdoors in the fresh air where the risk of contracting COVID-19 is low.
