General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
How it affects you!
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) comes into force on 25th May 2018.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the Club and give the best experience for members, the Club will require to use your personal data to either contact you or allow other members to contact you. In order to do this, the Club requires your consent. Please indicate by completing and return the undernoted Consent Form prior to 25th May the circumstances in which the Club CAN use your personal data. Should you consent, the Club will hold your data for the duration of your membership only. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Anna McLean, Club General Manager.
In order to ensure our records remain accurate, you are asked to notify Anna McLean as soon as possible of any change in your personal data.

Crieff Golf Club respects your personal information and undertakes to comply with all applicable data protection legislation currently in force. The Club may use personal information provided by you either with your consent or on the basis of the following:
- Legal obligation
- Vital interests
- Public task
- Legitimate interets
Except as provided under these terms, the club will not disclose your personal information without your permission unless such disclosure is required by law or other court order.
How information about you will be used
The Club collects information about you. This is to ensure we can contact you and keep you up to date regarding competitions, up to date information on any club issues or topics, special offers within the clubhouse, catering and bar information.
In order to comply with these regulations the Club require you to complete and return the undernoted Privacy Notice prior to 25th May 2018
